在我国市场经济日渐繁荣的现在,千万中小企业如雨后春笋般涌现。中小企业的不断发展和壮大已然成为国民经济的主体且起着重要的发展推动作用。但中小企业在自身发展过程却出现了各种各样的问题,而在这些问题当中,企业管理中的核心—财务管理则成为企业发展的绊脚石。本文旨在通过分析研究中小企业财务管理中存在的各类问题,提出参考性建议。
Now that our market economy is booming, millions of small and medium-sized enterprises have sprung up. The continuous development and expansion of small and medium-sized enterprises have become the mainstay of the national economy and play an important role in promoting development. However, SMEs have encountered a variety of problems in their own development, and among these problems, financial management, the core of business management, has become a stumbling block for the development of the enterprise. The purpose of this paper is to propose some reference suggestions by analyzing and studying all kinds of problems existing in the financial management of SMEs.
