在上海轨道交通10号线溧阳路站-曲阳路站区间隧道的施工中,盾构在推进至四平路沙泾港桥梁位置时,将不得不从桥梁的桩基中穿过。由于桩的入土深度已经贯穿了整个隧道断面,导致必须对桩基进行拔除或切断等处理。为了在去除影响盾构推进障碍物的同时保证施工中旧桥功能的发挥,本工程采用扩大板式基础托换和隧道内除桩的方案。为此,需要确定桥下桩基托换过程中的合理开挖暴露长度。本文通过理论计算和数值模拟,结合对桥梁结构在施工过程中内力和变形的分析,提出了合理开挖暴露长度,从而为工程的顺利实施提供了借鉴和指导作用。
During the construction of the tunnel between Liyang Road Station and Quyang Road Station of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 10, the shield will have to pass through the pile foundation of the bridge as it advances to the bridge site of Shajing Harbor on Siping Road. As the penetration depth of the pile has penetrated the entire tunnel section, the pile foundation must be unplugged or cut off. In order to ensure the construction of the old bridge during the construction process while removing obstacles that will affect the progress of the shield, this project adopts the plan of expanding the foundation underpinning and removing the pile in the tunnel. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the reasonable length of excavation during the underpinning of bridge under the bridge. Based on the theoretical calculation and numerical simulation, combined with the analysis of internal forces and deformation of bridge structure during the construction process, this paper puts forward reasonable length of excavation, which provides a reference and guidance for the smooth implementation of the project.
