作者针对由常用的洛阳厂黄河牌425~#普通硅酸盐水泥配制的砂浆和混凝土,选用国内产量较多的FFT、UNF、FDN、木钙、FDN-S、MF减水剂进行了一系列试验,发现不同的减水剂对水泥砂浆和混凝土的凝结时间、流动度(坍落度)、减水率、减水泥率及强度的影响不同。试验表明,在200~#和300~#混凝土构件生产中推广应用木钙、FFT、FDN、UNF高效减水剂,当掺量为水泥用量的0.25~0.5%时,有较明显的技术经济效益。
The authors used a series of mortars and concretes prepared from commonly used Luoyang Plant Yellow River brand 425~# ordinary portland cement, and selected a series of domestically produced FFT, UNF, FDN, wood calcium, FDN-S, and MF water reducing agents for a series of Tests have found that different water-reducing agents have different effects on the setting time, fluidity (slump), water-reducing rate, cement-reducing rate and strength of cement mortar and concrete. Tests have shown that wood calcium, FFT, FDN, and UNF superplasticizers are widely used in the production of 200~# and 300~# concrete components. When the dosage is 0.25 to 0.5% of cement dosage, there are obvious technical and economic benefits. .
