阴茎肉瘤极罕见,文献记载有纤维肉瘤、平滑肌肉瘤,横纹肌肉瘤、血管内皮肉瘤,Kaposi 氏肉瘤、圆形细胞肉瘤、梭形细胞肉瘤、混合细胞肉瘤。尚未见有浆细胞肉瘤。我科遇到一例,报告于下:病例报告患者巢××,男性,77岁,1978年3月底入杭钢职工医院,主诉1978年2月10日发现阴茎有一肿块,似蚕豆大小,不痛不痒,渐增大。平素身体一直健康,过去除有肺结核外余无殊。
Penile sarcomas are extremely rare and documented as fibrosarcoma, leiomyosarcoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, endovascular sarcoma, Kaposi’s sarcoma, round cell sarcoma, spindle cell sarcoma, mixed cell sarcoma. No plasma cell sarcoma has been seen. Our department encountered one case and reported the following: Case report Patient’s Nest × ×, Male, 77 years old, entered Hangzhou Steel Workers’ Hospital at the end of March 1978, and complained that on February 10, 1978, there was a lump in the penis, which resembled the size of broad beans and was not painful. Not itch, gradually increase. Usually the body has been healthy, there is no difference in the removal of tuberculosis.
