锦州炼油厂四台400米~3液化气球罐采用活套保温结构,已投入使用。该结构是由中国石化总公司北京设计院和北京新型建筑材料厂、锦州炼油厂共同试制的,保温材料采用岩棉毡(规格910×3000×50mm),用铁丝网加固,形成褥子一样的保温层。最外部用铝板保护,其特点是:1.局部可折和全部可拆,便于球罐焊缝的检查和返修。克服了固定式保温结构保温材料不能重复利用,浪费大的缺点。2.岩棉毡用铁丝网加固,整体性强,安装方便,不易损坏。3.岩棉导热系数λ=0.03,保冷效果好。岩棉不易燃也不助燃,使用安全可靠。
Four sets of Jinzhou refinery 400 ~ 3 liquefied gas balloon tank with living tissue insulation structure, has been put into use. The structure is trial-produced by Beijing Design Institute of SINOPEC and Beijing New Building Materials Factory and Jinzhou Refinery. Insulating materials are made of rock wool felt (size: 910 × 3000 × 50mm) reinforced with barbed wire to form the same insulation layer . The most external protection with aluminum, which is characterized by: 1. The local can be folded and all detachable, easy ball tank weld inspection and repair. Overcome the fixed insulation structure insulation materials can not be reused, a big waste of shortcomings. 2. Rock wool felt with barbed wire reinforcement, integrity, easy installation, easy to damage. 3. Rock wool thermal conductivity λ = 0.03, good cooling effect. Rock wool is not flammable nor combustion, the use of safe and reliable.
