以结构重量为目标函数,考虑构件稳定应力约束、强度应力约束、长细比约束和结构位移约束,对弦支穹顶结构进行了尺寸优化设计研究。为有效引入位移约束,采用位移关于构件截面积梯度分量权重来增加构件截面积。为提高设计变量的搜索效率,对钢管、钢索和钢拉杆规格库进行了优化排序处理,显著提高了优化搜索速度。采用优化设计方法,对深圳大运会篮球馆屋盖弦支穹顶结构进行了尺寸优化设计研究。研究结果表明,在构件稳定应力、强度应力、长细比和结构刚度(位移约束)等约束满足设计要求前提下,结构用钢量显著减少。优化设计方法搜索速度很快,应用简单,可用于大型弦支穹顶结构设计中。
Taking the structural weight as the objective function, the dimension optimization design of the chordal dome was studied considering the stability stress constraints, the strength and stress constraints, the slenderness ratio constraints and the structural displacement constraints. In order to effectively introduce the displacement constraint, the component of the cross-sectional area gradient is used to increase the cross-sectional area of the member. In order to improve the search efficiency of design variables, the steel pipe, steel wire and steel rod library optimized sorting process, significantly improve the search speed. Optimized design method is adopted to study the size optimization design of the dome of the basketball court roof of Shenzhen Universiade. The results show that under the premise of the design requirements, such as the stability stress, the strength stress, the slenderness ratio and the structural stiffness (displacement constraint), the structural steel consumption is significantly reduced. Optimized design method search speed, easy to use, can be used for large suspension bridge dome design.
