目的建立工作场所空气中三甲基氯化锡(TMT)的衍生化气相色谱-质谱联用测定方法。方法工作场所空气中TMT用去离子水作为吸收液采集,用四乙基硼酸钠衍生化成三甲基乙基锡,用正己烷萃取,以毛细管色谱柱分离,质谱离子选择模式(SIM)定性和定量检测。结果TMT浓度在0.005~0.518 mg/L范围内呈线性关系,相关系数为0.999 8,最低检出浓度为0.003 mg/m3(采集工作场所空气7.5 L)。相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.0%~1.8%,样品回收率为98.0%~101.0%,平均采样效率为98.6%,样品在室温中至少可保存7 d。结论该方法灵敏度高,结果可靠,操作简便,可用于工作场所空气中TMT的检测。
Objective To establish a derivatization gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method for the determination of trimethyltin chloride (TMT) in workplace air. Methods TMT in the air of the workplace was collected with deionized water as absorbent and derivatized with triethylborate to form trimethylethyltin. The sample was extracted with n-hexane, separated by capillary column, qualitatively and quantitatively determined by ion-selective mass spectrometry Quantitative detection. Results The concentration of TMT showed a linear relationship in the range of 0.005-0.518 mg / L with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 8 and a minimum detectable concentration of 0.003 mg / m3 (7.5 L of workplace air was collected). The relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 1.0% to 1.8%. The recoveries ranged from 98.0% to 101.0%. The average sampling efficiency was 98.6%. The samples were stored at room temperature for at least 7 days. Conclusion The method has high sensitivity, reliable results and easy operation. It can be used to detect TMT in the air of workplace.
