不同性别的德国小蠊成虫及各龄期若虫对杀虫剂的敏感性

分别测定了不同性别的敏感和抗性品系德国小蠊成虫及不同龄若虫对毒死蜱(chlorpyrifos)、(口恶)虫威(bendiocarb)、氯氰菊酯(cypermethrin)三种杀虫剂的敏感性。该抗性品系德国小蠊对10种拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂有较高抗性,对毒死蛑和(口恶)虫威为中等抗性。试虫用二氧化碳麻醉,丙酮作溶剂,试验条件26℃、55%RH,计录24 h死亡率。 结果:①敏感品系:若虫对(口恶)虫威的LC_(50)随虫龄的增加(2~4周)而明显增加,但4周龄之后不再增加,而不同性别成虫的LC_(50)无明显差异;对毒死蜱和氯氰菊酯,其LC_(50)分别从2~3周龄及从4~s周龄明显增加, The sensitivities of adults and susceptible nymphal stages of the sexually sensitive and resistant strains to chlorpyrifos, bendiocarb and cypermethrin were determined respectively. The resistant strain Blattella germanica has higher resistance to 10 kinds of pyrethroid insecticides and moderate resistance to venom and insecticides. Test insects with carbon dioxide anesthesia, acetone as a solvent, the test conditions 26 ℃, 55% RH, recorded 24 h mortality. Results: (1) The LC 50 of the susceptible strain of nymphs increased with the increase of insect age (2-4 weeks), but did not increase after 4 weeks of age.
