房柱交替上升式充填采矿法是一种新的采矿方法。利用ANSYS模拟软件对5种结构参数组合方案进行数值模拟,获得位移、应力、应变等定量指标,并结合实施难易程度、与地质条件的适应性、矿柱回采的相对难易程度、相对生产能力等4个定性指标,通过模糊综合评判,获得最优的采场结构参数组合:矿房宽度10 m,矿柱宽度10 m。对采场结构参数的优化,能够确保矿山安全、高效回采。
The alternating columnar column filling method is a new mining method. Using ANSYS simulation software to simulate the five kinds of structural parameters, the quantitative indexes such as displacement, stress and strain were obtained. According to the difficulty of implementation, adaptability with geological conditions, relative ease of pillar recovery, relative production Ability and other four qualitative indicators, through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, to obtain the optimal combination of stope structure parameters: mine width of 10 m, pillar width of 10 m. Optimization of stope structure parameters can ensure mine safety and efficient recovery.
