目的 探讨一氧化氮 (nitricoxide ,NO)在青光眼患者眼压升高中的作用。方法 对急性闭角型青光眼患者 16例 ,老年性白内障患者 2 9例 ,正常志愿者 30例 ,应用高效液相色谱分析仪检测其血浆和房水中NO的含量 ,并以NO2 和NO3 之和表示。结果 正常对照组血浆中NO的平均含量为(2 96 9 37± 86 2 85 )ng/L ;青光眼组血浆中NO的平均含量为 (1390 78± 30 2 95 )ng/L ,较对照组明显降低 (t=2 85 3 ,P <0 0 1) ;白内障组血浆中NO的平均含量为 (4 2 34 89± 1495 2 3)ng/L ,较对照组明显升高。对照组房水中NO平均含量为 (140 5 83± 6 0 2 70 )ng/L ;青光眼组房水中NO的平均含量为(2 0 5 2 0 3± 6 94 74)ng/L ,与对照组比较差异无显著性 (t=1 86 2 ,P >0 0 5 ) ;白内障组房水中NO的平均含量为 (2 45 4 6 7± 6 5 5 13)ng/L ,较对照组明显升高。房水 /血浆NO含量比值 :对照组为 47 3% ,白内障组为 5 8 0 % ,二者的比值差异无显著性 ;而青光眼组为 144 0 %。结论 血浆、房水中NO含量与急性闭角型青光眼眼压升高有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of nitric oxide (NO) on the intraocular pressure in patients with glaucoma. Methods 16 patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma, 29 patients with senile cataract and 30 normal volunteers were enrolled in this study. The contents of NO in plasma and aqueous humor were detected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and the sum of NO2 and NO3 . Results The average level of NO in the plasma of the normal control group was (2 96 9 37 ± 86 2 85) ng / L, while that of the glaucoma group was (1390 78 ± 30 2 95) ng / L, significantly higher than that of the control group (T = 2 853, P <0.01). The average content of NO in plasma of cataract group was (4234 89 ± 1495 2 3) ng / L, which was significantly higher than that of the control group. The mean level of NO in aqueous humor in the control group was (140 5 83 ± 6 0 2 70) ng / L, while that in glaucoma group was (20 05 20 ± 6 94 74) ng / L, (T = 1 862, P> 0.05). The average content of NO in aqueous humor of cataract group was (2 454 6 7 ± 6 5 5 13) ng / L, which was significantly higher than that of the control group . The ratio of aqueous humor / plasma NO was 473% in the control group and 58.0% in the cataract group, with no significant difference between the two groups; Conclusion The plasma and aqueous humor NO levels are associated with elevated intraocular pressure in acute angle-closure glaucoma.
