目的观察三金汤防治SD大鼠三聚氰胺尿结石及对肾脏的保护作用。方法 120只SD雄性大鼠随机分为8组,即预防组(高、中、低剂量组)、治疗组、空白对照1、2组、模型对照1、2组。0.4g/kg化学纯三聚氰胺给药20d诱导SD大鼠尿结石,三金汤预防高、中、低剂量组28.4g/kg、14.2g/kg、7.1g/kg连续灌胃三金汤35d;治疗组在造模20d后给予28.4g/kg三金汤15d,模型2组在造模20d后灌胃无菌水1ml/只/d,共15d,空白对照1、2组灌胃无菌水1ml/只/d,分别20d和35d,采用体视显微镜观察大鼠肾脏、输尿管和膀胱结石及形态改变,比较各组肾脏、膀胱的质量和脏器指数,观察肾功能指标血清肌酐CREA、尿素氮BUN含量的变化。结果预防高、中剂组结石最少,均为1例,预防低剂组2例,治疗组3例,模型2组5例,模型1组6例,空白对照1、2组未见结石形成;血清CREA、BUN预防组、治疗组与空白对照1、2组比较差异无统计学意义;但血清CREA治疗组[(35.10±2.81)μmol/L]比预防高剂量组[(28.40±3.27)mmol/L]高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);模型2组血清CREA[(38.3±10.14)μmol/L]比空白对照1、2组[(31.20±3.26)、(31.5±4.30)μmol/L]、预防中剂量组[(32.20±5.88)μmol/L]高(P<0.05),比模型1组[(29.10±5.76)μmol/L]、预防高、低剂量组[(28.40±3.27)、(29.80±7.55)μmol/L]高(P<0.01);模型2组血清BUN[(6.26±0.78)mmol/L]比空白对照1、2组[(5.06±1.21)、(5.46±0.75)mmol/L]、预防组[(5.40±076)、(5.08±1.31)、(5.17±0.65)mmol/L]高(P<0.05)。结论三金汤具有预防、治疗三聚氰胺尿结石的作用;三聚氰胺沉淀自行排出缓慢,停止造模后其对肾组织所引起的炎性刺激尚未消除,对大鼠肾功能有蓄积性、迟发性损害;同时三金汤能有效预防三聚氰胺在肾组织中的积聚、沉淀以及对肾功能的损害,预防作用比治疗作用效果好。

Conclusions Sanjin decoction can prevent and cure melamine urolithiasis. The melamine precipitate excretes slowly, and its inflammatory stimulus to renal tissue has not been eliminated after stopping the modeling. The accumulative and delayed damage of renal function of rats is not obvious. At the same time three gold soup can effectively prevent the accumulation of melamine in the kidneys, precipitation and renal damage, prevention effect than the effect of treatment is good.
