本文对山西医学院及山西财经学院32例高脂血症患者,通过血脂亚组及载脂蛋白(apB_(100))及脂蛋白〔Lp(a)〕的研究观察绞股蓝降血脂作用,结果证明:绞股蓝总甙能降低血清apoB_(100)及Lp(a)的含量。这对于提高全身组织的供血,防止动脉粥样硬化有重要意义。
In this paper, we studied the lipid-lowering effect of Gynostemma in 32 patients with hyperlipidemia in Shanxi Medical College and Shanxi University of Finance and Economics by using lipid subgroup, apolipoprotein (apB_(100)) and lipoprotein(Lp(a)). : Gynostemma pentaphyllum can reduce serum apoB_(100) and Lp(a) levels. This is of great significance for improving blood supply to the body tissues and preventing atherosclerosis.
