目的了解医院胎心监护仪探头细菌污染情况,制定其日常清洁消毒的标准操作流程。方法通过随机抽样检测方法,对产科门诊胎心监护室12台使用频率基本相同的胎心监护仪探头进行细菌学监测。结果使用后未经清洁消毒处理的胎心监护仪探头,在经过整晚闲置15~16 h后,有超声耦合剂残留的10个探头细菌菌落数明显减少,其余2个无耦合剂残留的探头细菌菌落数增加;菌种鉴定结果发现,主要以凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌和微球菌属为主,各占67.3%和27.7%。结论由于医用超声耦合剂具有杀菌的功效,因此,对于使用具有杀菌抑菌功效耦合剂的医疗机构,医护人员在每天使用前做好探头的清洁即可。
Objective To understand the bacterial contamination of the hospital fetal heart rate monitor probe, to develop its routine cleaning and disinfection of the standard operating procedures. Methods A total of 12 sets of fetal heart rate monitor with the same frequency of fetal heart monitoring were used for bacteriological monitoring by random sampling method. Results After unused cleaning and disinfection of fetal heart rate monitor probe, after 15 ~ 16 h of idle for the whole night, the number of bacterial colonies of the 10 probes with ultrasonic couplant was significantly reduced, and the remaining 2 probes without coupon residue The number of bacterial colonies increased; strain identification results found that mainly coagulase-negative Staphylococcus and Micrococcus species, accounting for 67.3% and 27.7%. Conclusion Because medical ultrasound coupling agents have a bactericidal effect, healthcare professionals can clean the probe daily before using it for medical facilities that have bactericidal and bactericidal efficacy.
