应用免疫络化技术对60例人脑胶质瘤中抑癌基因P53蛋白及PCNA(增殖细胞核抗原)的分布与分级和预后的关系进行了研究。结果显示,P53蛋白抗体的阳性年为25%-81.82%。PCNA的阳性率为0~90.91%。并提示P53表达水平在Ⅱ-Ⅳ级明显高于Ⅰ级,且与PCNA的表达相关。两者的阳性率分布与分级密切相关。对分析胶质瘤的增殖活性和恶性程度及预后有重要意义。
The relationship between the distribution of tumor suppressor gene P53 protein and PCNA (proliferating cell nuclear antigen) in 60 human gliomas and the grading and prognosis was studied by immunohistochemistry. The results showed that the positive of P53 protein antibody was 25% -81.82%. The positive rate of PCNA was 0-90.91%. The results showed that the expression of P53 was significantly higher than that of grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ in stage Ⅱ-Ⅳ and correlated with the expression of PCNA. The positive rate distribution of the two is closely related to grading. The analysis of glioma proliferation activity and malignancy and prognosis of great significance.
