由于工程地质与水文条件和工程环境的复杂性,海底隧道更易发生渗漏水病害,影响隧道运营及结构耐久性。本文结合某海底隧道工程实例,分析了渗漏水原因,针对不同情形制定修复方案,采用刚柔并济的“聚氨酯发泡注浆+水泥基渗透结晶”修复材料和配套的渗漏水处理施工工艺,目前治理效果良好,可供类似工程参考。
Due to the complexity of engineering geology and hydrological conditions and engineering environment, submarine tunnels are more prone to seepage water diseases and affect tunnel operation and structural durability. In this paper, a case study of a submarine tunnel, the analysis of the causes of seepage water, repair programs developed for different situations, the use of rigid and flexible “polyurethane foam grouting + cement-based infiltration crystallization” repair materials and supporting the leakage of water Treatment of construction technology, the current good governance, for similar projects for reference.
