针灸治疗是中医传统疗法之一,应用广泛,效果可靠。针刺治疗除选穴合理外,正确进针和捻针手法十分重要,但留针及捻针,耗时费力。近年来出现了电针疗法,激光、微波穴位照射疗法等,是中医针刺疗法的进步。但广大农村基层卫生院(站),因自然、经济等条件的限制,仍多采用手动捻针,对需强刺激的顽症难以达到治疗要求。1967年笔者在农村医疗队时,用摇把式旧电话机改制成一台手摇电针仪,廿多年不离手,治疗多种常见病3000多例,收到满意效果。 Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment is one of traditional Chinese medicine therapies. It has a wide range of applications and reliable results. Acupuncture treatment is more important than selecting acupuncture points. Correct needle insertion and needle sticking are very important, but it takes time and effort to retain needles and needles. In recent years, electro-acupuncture therapy, laser and microwave acupoint irradiation therapy have emerged, which is an improvement of acupuncture therapy in traditional Chinese medicine. However, the vast majority of rural primary health centers (stations) still use manual needles because of restrictions on natural and economic conditions, and it is difficult to meet the treatment requirements for chronic diseases requiring strong stimulation. In 1967, when the author was in the rural medical team, he used a crank-type old telephone set to be transformed into a hand-cranked electro-acupuncture device. He had not been separated for many years and treated more than 3,000 cases of common diseases and received satisfactory results.
