用SP法检测滋养细胞肿瘤、葡萄胎和正常绒毛中p16蛋白、CDK4及PCNA的表达,发现:①p16蛋白在肿瘤中表达低于绒毛中(P<0.05),p16蛋白阳性标本的PCNA表达率低于p16阴性者(P<0.05)。②CDK4表达在滋养细胞肿瘤、葡萄胎和绒毛三者间及与PCNA表达间无差异(P>0.05)。③p16阳性肿瘤患者3年存活率较高。提示p16基因突变可能是滋养细胞癌变的重要原因。检测p16蛋白表达有助于估计患者预后。
SP method was used to detect the expression of p16 protein, CDK4 and PCNA in trophoblastic tumors, hydatidiform moles and normal villi. It was found that: 1 p16 protein expression was lower in the tumors than in the villus (P<0.05). PCNA expression was positive in p16 protein samples. The rate was lower than those with negative p16 (P<0.05). 2The expression of CDK4 was not different between trophoblastic tumor, hydatidiform mole and villus and PCNA expression (P>0.05). The 3-year survival rate of 3p16-positive tumors is higher. It suggests that p16 gene mutation may be an important cause of trophoblastic carcinogenesis. Detecting p16 protein expression helps to estimate the patient’s prognosis.
