The availability of this technology for simple high-speed fixed memory (ROM) has been demonstrated. This memory is made of a porous plate scraped with a linear ferrite with a medical knife and printed with an information graphic. It has a satisfactory read signal to drive current ratio, low current level electronics, a diode word decoding matrix, a manufacturing technique and a robust structure. The memory model is 32 words, 36 bits per word, and has a 50 nanosecond access cycle (20 trillion cycles repetition rate), which have been gradually realized. A large fixed memory of 128 words, 50 bits per word, has also been satisfactorily operated.
