河南是中国静态高压高温-触媒法生产单晶金刚石的第一大省。河南联合磨料磨具有限公司在外聘技术专家的帮助参与下,用常规的爆炸法(或爆轰产物法)制备出了纳米多晶(或单晶)金刚石,填补了河南省没有纳米金刚石生产的空白。纳米多晶金刚石的产业化已由中科院力学研究所于1993年实现。为使业内人士对纳米金刚石及其下游产品的发展历史真相有所了解,文章特将国内纳米金刚石生产线的建立和纳米多晶金刚石研发简史,纳米金刚石抛光液和抛光膜的研制与应用现状做一简要的阐述。
Henan is China’s largest high-temperature static-catalytic single crystal diamond production of the first province. Henan United Abrasives Co., Ltd. with the help of external technical experts involved in the use of conventional explosion method (or detonation product method) to prepare a nano-polycrystalline (or single crystal) diamond to fill the Henan Province without nano-diamond production blank. The industrialization of nano-polycrystalline diamond has been achieved by Institute of Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1993. In order to make the industry know about the history of the development of nano-diamond and its downstream products, the paper makes a brief introduction to the development and application of the domestic nano-diamond production line and a brief history of research and development of nano-polycrystalline diamond, nano-diamond slurry and polishing film A brief explanation.
