目的对临床标本和食品中分离到的金黄色葡萄球菌进行耐药性检测,了解两种分离株耐药性的差异。方法运用全自动微生物鉴定及药敏分析系统VITEK 2 Compact对119株金黄色葡萄球菌进行药敏试验。结果 119株金黄色葡萄球菌中114株β-内酰胺酶阳性,阳性率为95.80%;对莫西沙星、奎奴普汀/达福普丁、利奈唑胺、万古霉素、替加环素、呋喃妥因、利福平100.00%敏感,对苯唑西林94.12%敏感,对左氧氟沙星89.92%敏感,对庆大霉素83.19%敏感,对环丙沙星82.35%敏感,对四环素77.31%敏感,对复方新诺明73.95%敏感,对克林霉素41.18%敏感,对红霉素38.66%敏感,对苄青霉素4.20%敏感。检出6株耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌。结论 119株金黄色葡萄球菌对13种抗生素敏感性较高,但对常用的苄青霉素、红霉素、克林霉素、复方新诺明、四环素的耐药率较高且检出了耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌,在临床治疗上需合理使用抗生素。
Objective To detect the drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus isolated from clinical specimens and foodstuffs and to understand the difference of drug resistance between the two isolates. Methods Antimicrobial susceptibility test of 119 Staphylococcus aureus strains was performed with VITEK 2 Compact, an automatic microbiological identification and drug sensitivity analysis system. Results Among the 119 strains of Staphylococcus aureus, 114 strains were positive for β-lactamase, with a positive rate of 95.80%. For moxifloxacin, quinovudine / dalfopristin, linezolid, vancomycin, tigecycline , Nitrofurantoin, rifampicin 100.00% sensitive to oxacillin 94.12% sensitive to 89.92% of levofloxacin sensitive to gentamicin 83.19% sensitive to ciprofloxacin 82.35% sensitive to tetracycline 77.31% sensitive to the compound Synnex 73.95% sensitive to clindamycin 41.18% sensitive erythromycin 38.66% sensitive to benzyl ampicillin 4.20% sensitive. Six strains of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus were detected. Conclusion 119 strains of Staphylococcus aureus are highly sensitive to 13 antibiotics, but resistant to commonly used benzyl penicillin, erythromycin, clindamycin, cotrimoxazole and tetracycline are high and resistant to methionine Oxycillin Staphylococcus aureus, the rational use of antibiotics in clinical treatment.
