采用中西医结合治疗疾病,是我国医学界特有的方法,正确的中西药结合能起到事半功倍的作用,而结合不当的中西药,轻则降低疗效,重则导致医源性疾病。因此,中西药同用须慎重。下面介绍几种不能同用的中西药。1.含金属离子的中药与某些抗生素不能同用。石膏、珍珠母、磁石等中药含金属离子以及含有此类药物的中成药不能与卡那霉素、新霉素等联合应用,否则会在胃肠道形成不溶性盐类和络合物而失效。2.含钙的中药与氨基糖
