Treatment of nuclear medicine organs with linear filter. Causing the image edge is not clear, thus affecting the diagnosis. In this paper, a non-linear statistical filter-median filter and average filter are combined to process nuclear medical organ images. This method combines the noise suppression characteristics of average filtering and median filtering with preserving the image edge characteristics. Take into account the local ups and downs of the image. Anscombe transform is introduced to make the image’s Poisson’s noise independent of the signal’s approximation. Finally, the actual image of nuclear medicine was processed and compared with the results of linear filtering. Received a satisfactory result.
