审判质量意识,是保证审判质量的前提条件,审判质量不好,不仅会使合法的权益得不到真正保障,非法的行为得不到真正制裁,而且会直接影响国家法制的严肃性,不利于党和政府同人民群众的联系。因此,每个司法工作者强化审判质量意识的意义是深远的。然而我们应当清醒地认识到,强化审判质量意识是一项“系统工程”,既不能急于求成,违背事物发展的客观规律,又不能放任自流,在这方面无所事事。有鉴于此,笔者建议建立审判
