随着社会的进步和人民文体生活水平的不断提高,患者就医过程中对医护人员的职业道德、技术水平及服务质量提出了新的更高要求。为了避免和减少护患纠纷,护士只有在护理工作中不断规范护理行为,加强护患沟通,减少摩擦,提供与社会进步、病人需求相适应的护理服务,才能构建和谐的护患关系。
With the progress of the society and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, new and higher requirements are put forward on the occupational ethics, technical standards and service quality of medical staff in the process of seeking medical treatment. In order to avoid and reduce nurse-patient disputes, nurses can build a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients only when they constantly regulate their nursing behaviors, strengthen nurse-patient communication, reduce friction and provide nursing services that are compatible with social progress and patient needs.
