本文介绍了一种用冲天炉铁水稳定地制取蠕墨铸铁的新蠕化剂及其试验研究结果。讨论了原铁水含硫量波动幅度与新蠕化剂加入量之间的关系及铁水处理温度、处理后停留时间、断面尺寸、炉前控制等因素对蠕化效果的影响。提供了在刹车鼓,大马力汽车发动机缸盖和排气管上试生产的金相组织、机械性能和其它有关性能的结果。
This paper introduces a new creeping agent for making compacted graphite cast iron with cupola hot metal and its experimental results. The relationship between the fluctuation of sulfur content in raw hot metal and the amount of new vermicomite, the temperature of hot metal treatment, the residence time after treatment, the size of cross section, and the control of furnace front on the effect of vermiculite were discussed. Provides the results of trial production of metallurgical structures, mechanical properties and other related properties on brake drums, high-horsepower engine cylinder heads and exhaust pipes.
