以十二烷基磺酸钠 (SL S)为胶束试剂 ,在优化的实验条件下 ,对兔体血浆中丹参酮 A的血药浓度进行了 2 4 h的连续监测 ,检出限为 1 .2× 1 0 -9g/ m L ,血中丹参酮 A的含量在 2 .81× 1 0 -6～ 0 .30× 1 0 -6g/ m L之间。该法简便、灵敏、效果良好
The plasma concentration of tanshinone A in rabbit plasma was monitored continuously for 24 h under the optimal experimental conditions with sodium dodecyl sulfate (SL S) as the micellar reagent. The detection limit was 1. 2 × 10 -9 g / m L, and the content of tanshinone A in blood is between 2.81 × 10 6 ~0. 30 × 10 6 g / m L. The method is simple, sensitive and effective
