介绍了我国能量利用中火用的分析方法技术导则的主要内容,着重介绍了此前进行的标准修订工作。提出了一套新的80种常用元素标准火用数据体系,规范和扩充了各类工艺装置或过程一些火用损失和火用效率的计算公式,设计了一个用于计算火用函数值的软件EXECAL,并对苯加氢制环己烷工艺进行了火用分析。
This paper introduces the main contents of the technical guidelines for the analysis of exergy in China, and emphatically introduces the previous standard revision work. A new set of 80 standard elemental standard fire data systems is proposed to standardize and extend some exergy loss and exergy efficiencies of various kinds of process units or processes. A software for calculating exergy values is designed EXECAL, and the hydrogenation of benzene to cyclohexane process was exergy analysis.
