混凝土裂缝是当今混凝土坝设计和施工中的一大研究课题。为了防止裂缝的发生,在以往的设计和施工中多着重于温度控制。但由于引起裂缝的因素很多,单缝着重于温控还是很不够的,而只有全面控制与裂缝有关的各种因素,才能达到防止裂缝的目的。本文拟通过丹江口、葛洲坝、万安等工程的混凝土裂缝调查和理论计算及埋设仪器观测论证、归纳出引起混凝土裂缝的各种因素,并提出一些防止混凝土裂缝的措施,供有关同志研究参考。
Concrete cracks are a major research topic in the design and construction of concrete dams today. In order to prevent the occurrence of cracks in the past, the design and construction of more emphasis on temperature control. However, due to the many factors that cause cracks, it is still not enough for the single seam to focus on the temperature control. Only the full control of the various factors related to the cracks can achieve the purpose of preventing cracks. In this paper, through the concrete cracks investigation and theoretical calculation of Danjiangkou, Gezhouba, Wan’an project and the observation and demonstration of embedded instruments, various factors causing concrete cracks are summarized, and some measures to prevent concrete cracks are proposed for the reference of relevant comrades.
