本文研究了铸造Ti-6Al-4V氢化特征,发现试样中的氢含量与氢气分压成正比,与渗氢温度成反比;相同含氢量时,Igp与1/T成线性关系;试样充氢达平衡所需时间与氢含量、渗氢温度及氢气分压均成反比。
In this paper, the hydrogenation characteristics of Ti-6Al-4V castings were investigated. It was found that the hydrogen content in the samples was proportional to the partial pressure of hydrogen and inversely proportional to the hydrogen-permeation temperature. The same hydrogen content showed a linear relationship between Igp and 1 / T. Hydrogen up to balance the time required and hydrogen content, hydrogen permeation temperature and hydrogen partial pressure are inversely proportional.
