为了解小麦G lu-A 1位点的1亚基和2*亚基间的遗传差异,2000~2002年对1和2*亚基的2对近等基因系(N IL s,分别来自龙麦19和克丰6号)进行了分析。结果表明,1亚基与其相应的2*亚基近等基因系间在蛋白质含量、湿面筋/干面筋比值、沉降值/干面筋比值的平均值分别为15.3%/15.3%、2.65/2.71、2.33/2.28;吸水率、形成时间、稳定时间、软化度、断裂时间、评价值的平均值分别为63.0%/63.0%、4.1 m in/4.3 m in、9.4 m in/9.1 m in、63.3 FU/59.2 FU、13.9 m in/12.7 m in、58.7/59.5;最大阻力、延伸性和拉伸面积的平均值分别为270 EU/256 EU、18.5 cm/18.9 cm、71.8 cm2/65.1 cm2。这些品质性状间的差异在统计学上均不显著。最后还讨论了两种亚基在小麦品质育种中的应用。
In order to understand the genetic differences between the 1 subunit and the 2 * subunit of G lu-A 1 in wheat, two pairs of 1 and 2 * subunits of the two near-isogenic lines (NILs, Wheat 19 and Kefeng 6) were analyzed. The results showed that the average protein content, wet gluten / dry gluten ratio, sedimentation value / dry gluten ratio of 1 subunit and its corresponding 2 * subunit near isogenic lines were 15.3% / 15.3%, 2.65 / 2.71, 2.33 / 2.28; the average values of water absorption, formation time, stabilization time, softening degree and fracture time were 63.0% / 63.0%, 4.1 m in / 4.3 m in, 9.4 m in / 9.1 m in, 63.3 FU / 59.2 FU, 13.9 mins / 12.7 mins, 58.7 / 59.5; and the average maximum resistance, elongation and tensile area were 270 EU / 256 EU, 18.5 cm / 18.9 cm and 71.8 cm2 / 65.1 cm2, respectively. The differences between these quality traits were not statistically significant. Finally, the application of two kinds of subunits in wheat quality breeding was also discussed.
