A strike is a collective denial of work by a worker in protest. In the oil extraction industry, oil workers usually strike by blocking oilfield roads and shutting down production equipment, forcing the oilfields to stop production and cause huge economic losses to the enterprises, so as to promptly receive the attention of employers and force employers to meet the needs of workers condition. In 2010, guided by the state’s strategy of supporting Chinese-funded enterprises and “going global”, Sinopec Group set up an N-energy company in Colombia through asset acquisitions, mainly in the oil exploration and development business in Colombia. Since entering the Colombian market, labor disputes, represented by oil workers’ strikes, have plagued the normal operation of Company N and impeded the company’s business development, and there is an urgent need to study Colombian labor laws and create measures to properly strike, The production run escorts.
