近年来,我院收治食管重复癌6例,食管贲门癌3例。患者年龄35～71岁,病程20天至9个月。主要临床表现为进食阻挡感,胸骨后疼痛及咽部不适。其中术前经食管钡检确诊4例,内窥镜确诊1例,另4例于术后确诊。其病理检查为多原发食管鳞癌5例,双原发鳞癌并贲门腺癌1例,食管鳞癌并贲门腺癌3例。两癌灶相距2～15cm。手术行肿瘤切除加胃食管颈部吻合4例,胃食管弓上吻合
In recent years, 6 cases of esophageal repetitive cancer and 3 cases of esophageal and cardiac cancer have been treated in our hospital. The patient’s age ranged from 35 to 71 years and the duration ranged from 20 days to 9 months. The main clinical manifestations were eating sensation, poststernal pain, and throat discomfort. Among them, 4 were confirmed by preoperative esophageal fistula examination, 1 was confirmed by endoscopy, and 4 were confirmed after surgery. The pathological examination included 5 cases of multi-primary esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, 1 case of double primary squamous cell carcinoma and cardial adenocarcinoma, and 3 cases of esophageal squamous carcinoma and cardia adenocarcinoma.
