目的:讨不同剂量胰岛素对小儿糖尿病酮症酸中毒治疗的效果分析。方法:选择我院2013年4月至2015年4月收治的76例小儿糖尿病酮症酸中毒患儿为研究对象,随机分为A组与B组,每组38例,A组使用小剂量胰岛素治疗,B组使用大剂量胰岛素治疗,对两组患者治疗后效果进行分析。结果:两组患者治疗后空腹血糖、尿酮体转阴时间及餐后2h血糖无差异(P>0.05),但是A组的血糖下降速度明显较B组小,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取大剂量与小剂量胰岛素对小儿糖尿病酮症酸中毒的效果无明显差异,但是小剂量胰岛素的血糖下降速度平稳,可控制低血糖发生,值得临床推广与使用。
Objective: To discuss the effect of different doses of insulin on children with diabetic ketoacidosis. Methods: A total of 76 children with diabetic ketoacidosis admitted to our hospital from April 2013 to April 2015 were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B, with 38 patients in each group. Group A received low-dose insulin Treatment, B group using high-dose insulin treatment, the effect of two groups of patients after treatment analysis. Results: There was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose, urine ketone body negative conversion time and 2h postprandial blood glucose between the two groups (P> 0.05), but the rate of blood glucose declining in group A was significantly lower than that in group B (P <0.05) . Conclusion: The effects of high dose and low dose of insulin on children with diabetic ketoacidosis have no obvious difference. However, the blood sugar of low dose of insulin declines steadily and can control the occurrence of hypoglycemia, which deserves clinical promotion and use.
