目的研究中枢神经细胞瘤的CT、MRI特征性表现。方法回顾性分析10例经病理证实为中枢神经细胞瘤患者的CT、MRI影像学资料。结果中枢神经细胞瘤位于单侧或双侧侧脑室前部,有时累及三脑室,肿块囊变常见,钙化和出血也可见,CT上可以为等或略高密度。MRIT1WI可以为等、稍低或稍高信号,T2WI为等或稍高信号,增强扫描部分或全部轻中度强化,没有或轻度脑水肿或不累及脑实质。结论中枢神经细胞瘤的CT、MRI特征性表现可以与侧脑室其它肿瘤相鉴别,是诊断中枢神经细胞瘤的重要方法。
Objective To study CT and MRI features of central neurocytoma. Methods The CT and MRI imaging data of 10 patients with central neurocytoma confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results Central neurocytoma located in the unilateral or bilateral front of the lateral ventricle, sometimes involving the third ventricle, cystic mass common, calcification and bleeding can be seen on the CT may be equal or slightly higher density. MRIT1WI can be equal, slightly lower or slightly higher signal, T2WI equal or slightly higher signal, enhanced scan of some or all of mild to moderate enhancement, no or mild cerebral edema or non-involvement of brain parenchyma. Conclusion CT and MRI features of central neurocytoma can be differentiated from other tumors in the lateral ventricle. It is an important method for the diagnosis of central neurocytoma.
