In this paper, Dalian Electrical Factory restructuring Z145A molding machine. The use of computer simulation, prediction and study of the structural parameters of such molding machine and shock process and compared with the measured and actual use of the results. The research results show that it is a fast and economical method to research and design the molding machine by using the computer prediction method. The results of this study can also be widely used in research and design of pneumatic self-excited vibration mechanism in mining and metallurgy, machinery manufacturing, construction engineering and other departments.
