伴随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的建立,我国高校毕业生就业实行“国家宏观调控,各级政府和学校推荐,学生和用人单位双向选择”的就业模式,建立“不包分配,竞争上岗,择优录用”的新机制。毕业生就业将依靠市场这个无形的手,来实现人才资源的合理配置。市场经济是法制经济,大学生就业也必须走法制化之路。应该看到,在目前大学生就业中存在不少违纪违约现象,这些现象损害了大学生、高校和用人单位的合法权益和声誉,不利于健全和规范大学生就业市场。因此
