本文首先界定了众包的含义,结合社会认知理论的理论框架从个人动机因素和环境因素两个方面对众包中接包方参与的影响因素进行综述,并总结研究的相关理论基础,最后结合现有研究的不足,从三个方面展望未来:一是从理论层面的更深入的探讨,二是结合案例具体分析研究,三是对更多形式的众包的对比研究。
