职称评审是高校一项人才评价的重要制度,传统的以政府行政部门主导的职称评审制度已经不能满足当前高校职称评审的需要,如何针对不同研究类型、不同层次教师“量身打造”职业发展的通道是高校职称评审需要解决的问题。广西在高校职称评审多样化方面进行了多方的努力:即评审条件多样化、申报渠道多样化、评委会组建多样化、引进人才评审多样化等。当前,做好广西高校职称评审多样化还需要处理好深入推进高校职称制度改革、探索多样化的科学评价方式、处理好“教学”与“研究”两者之间的关系、处理好“主系列”与“辅系列”评审两者关系等四个方面内容。
The evaluation of professional titles is an important system of talent evaluation in colleges and universities.
