乡镇工业的崛起,已成为我国经济振兴的一支重要力量。但也对能源供应提出了新的要标。本文在我国乡镇工业用能的现状分析与能源需求预测的基础上,提出以能源消费的低增长保障乡镇工业高效益高速度发展的战略目标,与实现这一目标应采取的对策,以促进我国乡镇工业持续而健康的发展。一、乡镇工业用能的现状与问题调查表明,目前我国乡镇工业用能的现状与问题主要是: (一)乡镇工业的发展已在国民经济中占有重要地位,但地区之间发展极不平衡
The rise of township and township industries has become an important force for China’s economic revitalization. However, it also proposes new landmarks for energy supply.
