目的探讨狼疮样小鼠CXCL16的血清水平变化与狼疮活动其他指标的变化趋势,评估CXCL16与狼疮的关系。方法以Fas-/-狼疮小鼠、CXCL16-/-C57BL/6J小鼠、正常C57BL/6J小鼠(每组20只)为观察对象,分造模组跟对照组。造模后观察4周,收集测定其血清CXCL16、IgG总量、抗dsDNA抗体、抗氧化磷脂、CRP、IL-6、TNF-α等水平。结果 Fas-/-狼疮小鼠组的血清CXCL16水平明显高于及对照组(P<0.05)。造模组CXCL16水平明显高于及对照组(P<0.05)。小鼠CXCL16水平与抗dsDNA抗体、CRP等狼疮活动指标变化呈正相关。结论狼疮小鼠组血清CXCL16水平变化与其狼疮活动程度密切正相关,但其具体关联机制还有待进一步研究。
Objective To investigate the changes of the serum levels of CXCL16 in lupus-like mice and the other indexes of lupus activity, and to evaluate the relationship between CXCL16 and lupus. Methods Fas - / - lupus mice, CXCL16 - / - C57BL / 6J mice and normal C57BL / 6J mice (20 in each group) were divided into two groups: model group and control group. After 4 weeks of modeling, the levels of serum CXCL16, IgG, anti-dsDNA antibody, antioxidant phospholipid, CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α were measured. Results The level of serum CXCL16 in Fas - / - Lupus mice group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). The level of CXCL16 in model group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). The level of CXCL16 in mice was positively correlated with the changes of lupus activity index such as anti-dsDNA antibody and CRP. Conclusions The serum level of CXCL16 in lupus mice is closely related to the degree of lupus activity, but its specific mechanism remains to be further studied.
