供销社作为一个服务城乡的综合部门,具有为农服务、为城乡居民服务的优良传统,是党委、政府提高公共服务水平的重要平台。近年来,广东省供销社系统深入贯彻落实国务院《关于加快供销合作社改革发展的若干意见》,积极构建具备“工业品下乡、农产品进城”双向流通功能、具有供销合作特色的农村现代流通服务体系,努力开展“农超对接”和平价商店建设,为稳定消费价格总体水平、搞活农村商品流通、保障群众基本生活作出了重要贡献。展望未来,全省供销社系统将继续深化体制改革、创新经营机制、拓展服务领域,在促进广东经济社会平稳较快发展中发挥更加重要的作用。我刊本期隆重推出广东省副省长刘昆同志《为民服务建平台改革发展增实力--努力推动全省供销合作经济再上新水平》的专题文章,请读者垂注。 Supply and marketing cooperatives, as an integrated department serving both urban and rural areas, have the fine tradition of serving rural residents and serving urban and rural residents and are an important platform for party committees and governments to improve their public service. Circulation service system, and strive to carry out “agricultural super-docking ” and parity store construction, to stabilize the overall level of consumer prices, invigorating the circulation of rural commodities, to ensure that the basic livelihood of the people made an important contribution. Looking ahead, the system of supply and marketing cooperatives throughout the province will continue to deepen institutional reform, innovate operational mechanisms and expand service areas, playing a more important role in promoting the steady and rapid economic and social development of Guangdong.
