我校实行的“构建、探索、反思”三次备课模式,始于2005年,成型于2007年。在课程改革的浪潮中,不断得到深化与提高,经过近十年的探索与研究,这项工作已成为我们学校内涵式发展的重要组成部分。这一备课模式与新课改同行,吐故纳新,不断完善,实实在在地服务于教学,使教师的业务素质、学生的整体素质、学校的办学品位不断提升,在区域内得以推广。我校是一所乡镇中心小学,学校规模小,7所村小中有3所又是隔年招生,班级少,教师少,教师工作量
Our school practice “build, explore, reflect ” three lesson planning mode, began in 2005, formed in 2007. In the wave of curriculum reform, it has been continuously deepened and improved. After nearly 10 years of exploration and research, this work has become an important part of the connotation-oriented development of our school. This preparation lesson pattern is in line with the new curriculum reform. It is constantly improving and practically serving teaching. The quality of the teachers, the overall quality of the students and the quality of the schools are constantly improving and can be promoted in the region.
