在我们的教学过程中,因为学生个人的差异对知识的掌握程度造成了学习成绩不理想,这就是我们在教学中遇到的所谓的后进生,做好后进生的转化工作,争取不让一个学生掉队,是我们教师一项艰巨的任务。在这个过程中我们首先要找到后进生产生的原因,从而制定出相应的对策,教育方面要因人而异,针对每个学生不同的情况制定出相应的方法,教师要正确对待他们,不要让他们感受到受冷落,要多给他们关爱,以便让他们在爱的春风雨露中重获学习的信心,提高学习成绩。
