水文地质、工程地质、地质灾害和环境地质是我国生态环境发展需要着力关注并解决的三大基本问题,地质灾害和环境地质又在这三者中占据着重要地位。地质环境是自然环境的一种,是由水、空气、土壤、岩石等组成的一个完整的环境系统,它与周围的水圈、岩石圈和生物圈等进行着连续的能量交换和物质转移,同时也受到地球表面用遭作用力的影响。地质环境的变化是引起地质灾害的一个主因,各式各样的地质灾害威胁着人们的生命安全。为有效控制地质灾害,国家出台了地质灾害减轻战略。本文将从阐述地质环境入手,来分析地质环境的基本属性,并探究地质灾害与地质环境的关系,最后回归到地质环境变化与地质环境减轻战略的有效结合上,促进减灾战略由被动防治转向科学开发地质环境。
