运用化学浸泡法和塔菲尔(Tafel)极化曲线外推法研究了00Ni18Co12Mo5Ti马氏体时效钢经硝酸和氢硫酸两种不同钝化处理后在Cl-介质中的腐蚀行为,对比分析了00Ni18Co12Mo5Ti钢与不锈钢和低合金钢在FeCl_3溶液中的腐蚀速率,并观察了腐蚀后的表面形貌。结果表明:00Ni18Co12Mo5Ti钢在两种不同钝化处理后的腐蚀速率稳定,硝酸钝化后其腐蚀速率是不锈钢的9倍,是低合金钢的40%;氢硫酸浸泡后其腐蚀速度稍低于不锈钢,是低合金钢的20%。扫描电镜结果显示,00Ni18Co12Mo5Ti钢的腐蚀类型为微观点蚀。
The corrosion behavior of 00Ni18Co12Mo5Ti maraging steel in Cl-media after two passivation treatments of nitric acid and hydrogen sulphate was investigated by chemical immersion method and Tafel polarization curve extrapolation method. The corrosion resistance of 00Ni18Co12Mo5Ti The corrosion rate of steel with stainless steel and low alloy steel in FeCl_3 solution and the surface morphology after corrosion were observed. The results show that the corrosion rate of 00Ni18Co12Mo5Ti steel after two different passivation treatments is stable, the corrosion rate of passivated nitric acid is 9 times of that of stainless steel and 40% of that of low alloyed steel; the corrosion rate of 00Ni18Co12Mo5Ti steel is slightly lower than that of stainless steel , Is 20% of low-alloy steel. Scanning electron microscopy results show that the corrosion type of 00Ni18Co12Mo5Ti steel is microscopic pitting corrosion.
