本文应用细胞角蛋白多克隆抗体(K-PcAb)及细胞角蛋白单克隆抗体(K-12McAb,K-27McAb)作PAP法对115例恶性肿瘤进行检测。结果K-PcAb及K-12.27McAb鳞癌阳性率为97.72%,K-PcAb及K-12McAb腺癌阳性率为88.64%,K-FcAb,K-12,27McAb对间叶源性恶性肿瘤均为阴性。说明细胞角蛋白可作为上皮源性恶性肿瘤标记性蛋白。K—27McAb经44例鳞癌检测在石蜡切片时,阳性率达97.72%而66例非鳞状上皮性及间叶源性恶性肿瘤的检测均为阴性,因此可用于对他们的鉴别诊断。
In this paper, 115 cases of malignant tumors were detected using cytokeratin polyclonal antibody (K-PcAb) and cytokeratin monoclonal antibody (K-12 McAb, K-27 McAb) as PAP method.
