介绍了泵送混凝土人工点柱支护工艺,并对该工艺进行了一系列可操作性试验,在湘西金矿沃溪矿区2364采场进行了采矿试验。试验结果表明,泵送混凝土人工点柱是水平及倾角小于30°的薄矿体开采的理想支护手段。为了使不可泵混凝土,尤其是低水泥含量的混凝土变成可泵送混凝土,开发了一种新型混凝土泵送剂———CPA1A。对该泵送剂的各项性能指标进行的试验表明,它可显著地改善混凝土的可泵性能。
This paper introduces the supporting technology of pump concrete artificial point column and carries out a series of maneuverability tests for this technology. The mining test was carried out in 2364 stope of Woxi mining area in Xiangxi gold mine. The experimental results show that the pumping concrete artificial point column is the ideal supporting method for the mining of thin ore body whose horizontal and dip angle is less than 30 °. In order to make non-pumpable concrete, especially low-cement concrete into pumpable concrete, developed a new type of concrete pumping agent --- CPA 1A. Experiments on various performance indicators of the pumping agent show that it can significantly improve the pumpability of concrete.
