板料弯曲过程中,在产生塑性变形的同时还存在弹性变形,当去掉压弯载荷后,它会使制件的角度和弯曲半径发生改变,因此出现回弹现象。影响回弹值的因素很多,主要与材料的机械性能和弯曲变形程度有关。其规律是:回弹值与材料的屈服极限σ_s成正比,与弹性模量E成反比;最小弯曲半径越小,回弹值就越大。弯曲件的回弹降低了制件的尺寸精度并产生形状误差。因此在设计和制造弯曲模时,必须考虑材料的回弹,采取必要的措施减少回弹值。
