用MM-200型摩擦磨损试验机考察了辐照对酚酞聚芳醚酮(PAEK-C)摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明辐照可改善PAEK-C的摩擦磨损性能。当辐照剂量从5×10~4Gy升到1×10~7Gy时,PAEK-C的摩擦系数和磨损率均降低。红外光谱与XPS分析表明,PAETK-C样品在辐照后无明显的变化。电镜分析表明,未辐照样品的磨屑大于辐照后样品的磨屑,未辐照样品的磨损表面犁沟较明显,而辐照后样品的磨损表面无犁沟槽,且表面比较光滑。
The effect of irradiation on the tribological properties of phenolphthalein poly (aryl ether ketone) (PAEK-C) was investigated by MM-200 friction and wear tester. The results show that irradiation can improve the friction and wear properties of PAEK-C. The PAEK-C exhibited a lower friction coefficient and wear rate when the irradiation dose increased from 5 × 10 ~ 4Gy to 1 × 10 ~ 7Gy. Infrared spectroscopy and XPS analysis showed that PAETK-C had no obvious change after irradiation. Electron microscopy analysis showed that the wear debris of the unirradiated sample is larger than that of the irradiated sample, the furrow surface of the unirradiated sample is more obvious, while the irradiated surface of the sample has no furrow groove and the surface is relatively smooth.
