我国一直是一个崇尚法治的国家,特别是在党的十八大会议之后,法治更是被上升到前所未有的高度,但是,也应当清楚的看到,我国在实施法治的过程中,遇到了太多的阻碍,其中一个重要的障碍就是传统文化与法治信仰的冲突,传统文化有其优秀和值得传承的地方,但是在与法治信仰出现冲突之后,还是要进行合理的选择,只有这样才能理清国家法治发展的思路,推进社会主义法治国家的建设。本文试图分析中国传统文化与法治信仰的伦理冲突,并在此基础上阐述如何进行选择,协调二者之间的关系,以期对我国的法治建设有所帮助。

This article attempts to analyze the ethical conflict between the traditional Chinese culture and the belief in the rule of law, and on this basis elaborate how to choose and coordinate the relationship between the two in order to help our country’s legal construction.
